Tournament Rules

All the details about a certain tournament are found under "Tournaments".

All the tournaments start on time as declared under "tournaments".
The clock which is used in tournaments is the one displayed at the upper right hand corner of the "tournaments".
It is not possible to join a tournament which has already started.
One can register for a certain tournament when it is announced in the "tournaments" notice, unless different information has been given with regard to that tournament.

When a player is registered, the admission and the registration fees are drawn out of his poker account.
The admission fees will be credited to the general pot, and the registration fee will be credited to 1Bet2Bet.

If there is no registration fee, the site will collect a fee of 9% from the buy-in and 4% of the re-buy.

If the number of players registered for the tournament exceeds the maximum, these players will enter the waiting list.
If a player withdraws his registration before the tournament begins the next player on the waiting list will advance to the next stage up until he eventually enters the players list.
If a player is located on the waiting list when a certain tournament begins, he will be reimbursed with the admission and hosting fees which he has been charged.

A player registered for a tournament can cancel his registration before the tournament begins.
Upon doing so his admission and hosting fees will be credited to his account.
Registration for tournaments in places where players have won the tournament via satellite cannot be cancelled.

The table numbers and place are set randomly at the beginning of each tournament.
It is not possible to change places manually during the tournament.
At the outset of the tournament each player is dealt a single card.
The player receiving the highest card gets the dealer's button.
If two players or more receive a card of the same value, the card symbol is ranked as follows: Ace (peak), Heart, Diamond and Clover

The dealer button is moved in such a way that no player will have to put a high blind twice consecutively, and no player will miss the high blind.
If a player is ousted during a specific hand, or if a new player joins the table, that player may get the dealer button twice consecutively. In some cases there will not be a small blind.

All the players take part in the hand. A new player may enter as a dealer or in a small or large blind position.

A player is removed from the tournament when the number of his gambling chips is zero (0).

If more than one player is removed during one hand, the highest prize will be taken by the player who started the hand with the highest number of gambling chips.

In the case of two players or more starting the game with the same number of gambling chips, they will share the prize.

The poker system may balance between the tables, by moving players from crowded tables to more vacant ones.

In order to prevent players avoiding play when a new prize level is reached, a "hand on hand" is utilized.
That is to say that when there is more than one table in a tournament and a new prize level is reached when an additional player is removed, the next hand will be dealt only when the other tables have finished their hands.

If more than one player is ousted during that "hand on hand", but on separate tables, the player who had more gambling chips at the beginning of the hand will take the highest prize.

As the game progresses and players are ousted, tables will be terminated starting with the table where the last player was ousted.
This will continue to go on until there is only one table left.
When this table is reached, the poker system will assign seats anew and will choose a new dealer by dealing a card to each player.

When a player is transferred from one table to another (whether this is performed on table balancing, or on breaking tables) the player who is supposed to deal the big blind will be moved to the seat closet to the dealer at the new table.

In the "Heads Up" games (Head to Head) the dealer deals the big blind.

A tournament is over when a player has swept clean all the gambling chips in the tournament.

If a player disconnects or is inactive in a certain hand, he will still place his blind bets on his turn.
The player will be dealt his cards and he keeps his right to return to activity at any stage during the hand.
An all-in possibility will not be allowed. If a player misses a play during a certain hand and another player has raised a bet before him, his hand will fold.

When a tournament is terminated, all active hands will be cancelled, and an attempt to restart the tournament from the point it was terminated, will be made.

If this is unsuccessful for 20 minutes, the remaining players will be compensated according to the customary procedures of 1Bet2Bet tournaments.

The compensations associated with 1Bet2Bet tournaments consist of two procedures: reconstruction and payment. Use of any of these procedures will be carried out in accordance with the circumstances and timing of the termination of the game. The reconstruction will usually be performed when the termination of the tournament occurred during the first half of the hour.

The payment procedure is performed when termination of the tournament occurs afterwards.

During reconstruction, all the players – including those ousted from the tournament – will receive their money back (admission and registration fees).

The payment procedure divides the general pot, according to the following three phases:

  1. All the players will receive the sum that the next ousted player from the tournament should have received (If this amount is 0, the buy-in will be paid in its place).
  2. 50% remaining in the pot divided equally among the rest of the players.
  3. The rest of the pot is divided according to the count of the gambling chips at the termination of the tournament.

Beyond these three steps all the players will receive their admission charge back.

If there is a guaranteed pot in a tournament which is higher than the pot existing at the time of the cessation of that tournament, 1Bet2Bet will not pay the full guaranteed pot.

Players who have already received their part in the pot will keep their winnings.

All the conditions of a pot payment will apply to a termination of a single table "seat & go" tournament.

The admission charge will be delivered to the general pot, the poker hosting fee will go to 1Bet2Bet poker.
In cases where there is no registration fee, 1Bet2Bet will charge a fee equal to 9% of the admission charge and 4% of the "re-buy" of the tournament.

If a server collapses before the tournament begins, the listed players will be credited with the admission charge and / or the admission fee within 24 hours at the latest, in any case the tournament starts when the first hand is dealt.

Please maintain fair play and write only in English in the Chat.

Please avoid writing about the hand dealt with in those moments or playing "a soft game".

The poker management's decisions are final.
