I have never played in a Multi-User game, how do I start?

There is a guide using flash technology and game strategy, and there is a poker school at your disposal which provide you with information about how to play the game.

Can I play the game just for fun?

Of course. There is no cost for downloading the software and we suggest you play at money tables free of charge.
Download the software now in order to play.

I have registered, how do I choose a table?

In our reception room we have different displays.
In order to start to play poker, you have to click the tab of "tables".
In this display you will see the games we offer you, and a list of tables for each game together with their characteristics.
In order to join a table, just click twice on one of them. In order to "sit", find a vacant chair and click on it.
If there are no available chairs, you can add your name to the waiting list.

How does the waiting list work?

We are glad you asked. We have designed the list in such a way that will enable you to wait for a place at a particular table or any other table which fits the requirements you have chosen.
In order to join the waiting list, choose the appropriate menu in the reception room or click the button of the waiting list for each table.

How do I move to play with money?

Very simple. In the reception room, click on the cashier button, there you will be able to see the balance of your gambling chips and the true balance in your personal account.
Click on the "open an account for playing with money" and follow the directions.
NOTE, the initial deposit process can take a few minutes.

How do I acquire more gambling chips when I am sitting at the table?

If you need more gambling chips when you are sitting at the table, click on the gambling chips pile on the upper section of the table and select the options menu.
A window will open and display for you the amount of gambling chips which you have and in addition will allow you to bring more to the table.
The gambling chips will be deposited at the end of the current hand.

How do I add more gambling chips to my account?

In order to receive more gambling chips, you can ask for more gambling chips only after the amount has dropped below 200.
Go to the cashier at the reception room and click on the button named "give me more gambling chips".

I believe I was cheated, what am I to do?

We take fraud very seriously.
If you believe that you were deceived by the people who played with you, by them conspiring and cooperating against you, please notify us immediately by telephone or you may prefer sending us an E-mail.
Include in it your user name, game number, table name with date and time and send it to: Poker@1Bet2Bet.com.

Can I play in a few tables simultaneously?

Yes, we allow you to play two tables simultaneously.

Is there a limit to the number of gambling chips I can bring to the table?

Yes, at tables that play with money, you must bring gambling chips equal to ten times the maximum bet set for that table.
For example, at a table with limitation of 10$ / 20$ you must sit down with 200$ in gambling chips, in tournaments or on special occasions the rules may change.

Why can't I join a hand in which I will be SMALL BLIND?

There may be two reasons.
One, you did not pay the BIG BLIND – and you are sitting in the - SMALL BLIND - chair or in the dealer's chair.
Second, you are a player who played a number of hands and paid BLINDS, you returned to the table, but then you left the table again and missed BLINDS.

What are the table removal rules?

You will be removed from a table if you were left out during ten successive hands.

How do the Blinds rules work in the case of a one to one game?

We activate BLINDS rules like any other casino.
The player with the dealer button enters the small BLIND, while the other players play the big BLIND.

How do you calculate a split pot?

We calculate a split pot with real money to the closest split (even down to a cent level).

However, there are times, that an accurate split cannot be performed and therefore the cents which are left will be delivered to the player sitting closest to the dealer.

Since the dealer button moves around the table, fairness in the distribution of the cents is assured.

What happens if I have not enough funds to cover my bet?

When you don't have enough money to cover a bet, your gambling chips are deposited into the pot and you are declared to be "ALL-IN".
You can win all the money in the pot but the other players will be able to continue playing.

In such a case a side pot will be formed. An "ALL-IN" player can not win the money in the side pot.

Why is it not possible in some cases to raise the bet?

Every round is limited to four raises or one bet and three raises.
If there were already three raises before your turn, the bet is considered as covered.
This is the usual practice of casino houses throughout the world.

How do you ensure a fair game?

A conspiracy can be a problem in the real world just as in the virtual poker rooms, when, for instance, two or more players cooperate in order to gain an advantage in the game.
A conspiracy is simply a fraud and it will not be tolerated by us. Anybody who acts in such a manner will be expelled.

The good news is that the software can detect a conspiracy among players by scrutinizing the game's pattern, who plays together with whom, types of hands and how the players place their bets.
We cannot reveal additional details about our detection techniques but rest assured that our system is sophisticated and contrary to human oversight, it does not make mistakes.

In any case, if you feel that you were the victim of a conspiracy you must inform our customer service department.

What is DUMPING?

DUMPING is a term given to the transfer of gambling chips from one player to another, and it is usually connected to illegal behavior.

Our oversight software checks these kinds of attempts and we will fully cooperate with the authorities if and when such conduct is discovered.

What happens to players who are caught cheating?

We will not permit fraud. Any player who will be caught will be expelled from the table.
Expulsion or suspension is subject to the discretion of the company.

Why do you ask me - if I want to fold when I can ask for a check?

We want to be sure that you are allowed to bid freely.
If you are sure that you don't want the reminder, you can turn it off through the OPTIONS menu in the reception room.

What do I do if the table I want to join is full?

You can join the waiting list, when a chair becomes vacant you will be called.

Am I playing against real people, or against the computer?

All the players in 1Bet2Bet poker are real. We don't use virtual players.
